After launching the Nubia Z17 Mini and Nubia Z17 flagship smartphone, ZTE has now unveiled a low budget phone called the Nubia M2 Play. It is running on Android 7.0 Nougat OS that is overlaid with nubia UI 5.0 skin from the company.
The Nubia M2 Play is now official after it was listed and highlighted on its company website.
For photography, the Nubia M2 Play offers a 13-megapixel rear camera from Sony with f/2.2 aperture. This smartphone is a watered down version of the Nubia M2 but sports slightly better specs than the Nubia M2 Lite.
As of yet there’s no pricing or availability information but we’ll keep you posted. The imaging department is taken care of by a 13MP f/2.2 camera on the back and a 5MP f/2.4 camera with 84-degree wide angle at the front for selfies.
Nubia M2 Play is 3G and 4G capable.
If we talk about the features and specifications of the phone, the new ZTE Nubia M2 Play is powered by a a Snapdragon 435 chipset with an eight-core Cortex-A53 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. Both the variants come the option to expand storage up to 256GB using a microSD card. It includes a 3,000mAh battery. The Nubia M2 Play sports a sleek metal unibody design with metal frame all around, giving it a simple and classy look. In terms of connectivity, the Nubia M2 Play is a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM. This dual SIM smartphone has a built-in Global Positioning System receiver, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, A2DP and there’s a micro-USB port and a 3.5mm audio plug as well.
